February 11: Registration opens to new non-Catholic families

  • You must be a registered, participating member (contributor of record) of St. Joseph Catholic Church to receive the Catholic tuition rate. However, if you are registered at another area parish, are active and are a contributor of record, you may be eligible for Catholic tuition. You must submit to us proof of your registration from that parish. Please have a copy of the baptismal certificate and parish affidavit at the time of registration.  The reduced rate paid by the family is subsidized by the parish of record.
  • At the time of registration, all families are required to submit a $150 non-refundable registration fee.
  • A Building Improvement Fund fee of $500 is required of all families new to St. Joseph School. A first payment of $100.00 is due at the time of registration. The remainder will be equally divided throughout the year.
  • All tuition must be paid by monthly automatic draft or pre-paid in one lump sum by June 15th.
  • There are two sections of PreK. Students may be enrolled five days a week, in either the Tuesday/Thursday/Friday session or the Tuesday/Thursday session.
  • PreKindergarten students are to be Age 3 on or before September 1st, or Age 4 on or before September 1. Preschool students must be potty-trained before starting school.
  • Kindergarten students are to be Age 5 on or before September 1st.
  • Some tuition assistance money is available for Catholic students. Tuition Assistance Application Forms are available in the school office for students in grades K to 7. Applications must be submitted by April 1st, with 1040’s and W-2’s as support documents.
  • Due to the higher cost of the Pre-K programs, no tuition assistance is available.
  • For a more complete description of Enrollment and Tuition policies, please refer to the Parent-Student Handbook.
