To begin the online application process for a NEW STUDENT, click here to create an account. Once you have created an account, you will log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
We strive to make tuition assistance available to as many families as possible. Click here to submit a tuition assistance application. Because the majority of our tuition assistance funding comes from St. Joseph Parish, first priority for funds is given to members of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Tuition assistance applications must be submitted online to FACTS Grant & Aid using the link above with 1040s and W2s before April 1, 2017. After this date please contact Mr. Jason Pohlmeier at (479) 442-4554 or to inquire about tuition assistance.
The following priority list is used to admit students:
1. Participating Catholic families in the parish
2. Participating Catholic families in neighboring parishes
3. Non-participating Catholic and Non–Catholic families
The Catholic schools in the Diocese of Little Rock admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. The Catholic schools in the Diocese of Little Rock do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
While the school does not discriminate against students with special needs, a full range of services may not be available to them. Decisions concerning the admission and continued enrollment of a student in the school are based upon the student’s emotional, academic, and physical abilities, and the resources available to the school in meeting the student’s needs.
Current St. Joseph Catholic School families, St. Joseph Parish and Northwest Arkansas area parishes are notified of re-registration dates after the Christmas holidays. Registration begins during the month of February for the following school year.
Classes are filled as registration forms are accepted by the principal. Class space is limited; therefore, it is important to register early. A non-refundable $150 deposit per family is required at registration to hold your space. This deposit is applied toward your total registration fees. Grade 7 and 8 students have an additional $180 per student Technology Fee.
A $500 building fee assessment is required of all new families and $100 of this fee is due upon acceptance.
