RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) Are you not baptized or not Catholic and want to know more about the basic beliefs of the Catholic Church? Do you want to become Catholic? Are you a baptized Catholic and needing the sacraments of Confirmation and/or Eucharist? Start the process now to inquire inthe the Catholic faith or receive your sacraments by scheduling an initial interview with Suzanne Krumpelman, Director of Religious Education. Starting the process does not require a commitment to become Catholic. It just opens the door. The next RCIA session runs from Tuesday, September 7, through Tuesday, May 17.
VIRTUS Training All individuals over the age of 18 in any leadership position, as a volunteer or employee of the church and/or school, whether one works with children or not, are required by the Diocese of Little Rock to participate in the VIRTUS program, Protecting God's Children for Adults. All parents, grandparents, family and friends are highly encouraged to complete this one-time training. The knowledge gained concerning the safety and protection of our children is well worth the sacrifice. Please pre-register online. VIRTUS sessions availabe in Northwest Arkansas are: Tuesday, July 27, St. Joseph, Fayetteville To register or find other available sessions, go to www.dolr.org. In the left hand column, click "Resources." Scroll downl and click on "VIRTUS Training." Click on "Start Registration" box in the center of the page and follow the instructions. If you have problems registering or do not have access to the internet, contact Suzanne Krumpelman.
